A Personalized Platform for Engaging Visitors and Driving Local Impact
For Eindhoven’s visitors, students, and expats, we created an intuitive platform that connects each person to the heart of the city in a way that feels personal and easy to navigate.
Eindhoven365 needed a digital platform that would move beyond a one-size-fits-all approach to cater to specific user groups—tourists, students, and expats—each with unique needs and journeys. I helped translate insights from target groups into user journeys and design solutions that personalized the experience for each type of visitor. The result is a platform that successfully meets both user and business objectives, as evidenced by improved engagement metrics and a sharp rise in partner site traffic.
Translating Insights into UX Solutions
As a UX designer on this project, I took the lead in translating insights from Eindhoven365’s diverse target groups into structured customer journeys and interaction solutions. This began with analyzing user behavior, identifying specific pain points, and mapping key opportunities for each user group. We discovered, for instance, that the platform was often the first touchpoint after users encountered social media or search engine results, underscoring the need for clear guidance and intuitive next steps in each journey.
