Proactive insights and analytics
For APS IT Diensten, I conducted UX Research & Analytics using data-driven insights to enhance their platform’s overall user experience.
Our approach was rooted in deep user understanding, and we leveraged a variety of research methods to inform the improvements that were mapped out on the product roadmap.
Research & Analysis
Through card sorting, heatmaps, and Google Analytics, we gathered significant insights into how users interacted with the platform. These findings helped us identify pain points and areas of friction in the user journey. This research formed the basis for all subsequent improvements.
Continuous Platform Improvements
The roadmap was continuously updated as we worked on several key areas of the platform. These included search functionality enhancements, which made it easier for users to find the products and services they needed. Additionally, we improved the license ordering modules, simplifying the process for users.
Product Pages & Comparisons
One of the major improvements was refining product pages, allowing users to compare different licenses more effectively. This feature empowered users to make informed decisions, driving both engagement and conversions.
