Unifiing UX for Streamlined Access
I led UX sessions to create a cohesive design framework, optimize navigation, and streamline access to thousands of articles, reducing user reliance on support.
A comprehensive redesign of Lex4You to improve user experience and establish a cohesive identity across Securex’s digital platforms. Lex4You is an online platform provided by Securex, a Belgian HR and legal services company, offering a comprehensive library of HR, legal, and social legislation information. Users rely on Lex4You for navigating complex HR and legal matters, making usability and accessibility crucial for their experience.
Overarching UX Concept
In collaborative sessions, we developed a unified UX design framework for the new Lex4You platform. Building on the refined design of Securex.be, we set a strong visual foundation for Lex4You’s update. By creating visual consistency and leveraging design patterns, we established a cohesive identity, documented in an online style guide. This foundation provides a scalable approach that other Securex digital environments can align with seamlessly.
The Challenge in search
The primary UX challenge is to make the vast library of tens of thousands of articles on Lex4You more accessible. Through smarter content structuring, clear navigation, and an intuitive search function, finding and sorting information is now much easier. As a result, Securex customers will rely less on customer (phone) support, illustrating how effective UX design benefits not only the end user but also streamlines operations across the organization.
